I mean, how can anyone give Mosley the key win over Oscar when he admitted to being on drugs back then? Just an example.

There was the opportunity on more than one occasion for Floyd Mayweather to fight Antonio Margarito. Offeres were made and turned down. Plenty of time elapsed where it could have and should have happened.

Margarito is piece of *****. If you are to try discredit Floyd.
      Use Pacquiao
      Use Vernon Forrest
      Use Paul Williams

But too used margarito too me is like using Barry Bonds to discredit the achievements of Ken Griffey Jr. One guy cheated to earned his fame. The other one didn't.
The wraps were discovered in 2009 though, Horus. I don't know how you can use hindsight to defend why Mayweather and Margarito didn't fight. It doesn't come across as a valid excuse.

If Margarito had been loading his wraps back in 06, 07 or 08 - I'm sure Floyd would have discovered them given how meticulous he is with checking opponent's gloves. In fact, I'm sure any number of trainers would have caught Margarito.

it's not about whether or not it would be a great win. it exposed floyd as a ducker who would only fight certain styles. if floyd doesn't think he can beat you he will just ignore you, wait until you lose, retire, etc...margarito was just the point where it became crystal clear and its only gotten more obvious since.

It's disgusting that they still defend Margarito after all this ***** came to light.
Even Luis Resto said Margarito Needed a Life Suspension, Like him.

Is the hate for Floyd that strong that these people will used a disgrace lowlife
to tried discredit the man. When Luis Resto says you should be suspended for life
Then you know u did some dirty *****

Okay, but that is just one single fighter. With Floyd, people name numerous fighters that they claim he ducked. Today, it's Amir Khan, Pacquaio, GGG, Lara, and more recently Martinez until Cotto decimated him. If Floyd chose Khan to fight instead of Maidana, people here would have say he ducked Maidana.

Before the Guerrero fight was announced, when Floyd tweeted he was looking at Alexander, I remember numerous posters claiming that Floyd was ducking Guerrero.

But the whole point is that his entire resume comes under question. So Margarito potentially may have not been much of a fighter, or an overhyped via cheating, during his peak. So a win over him, in hindsight, would mean little to nothing today.

With Floyd? Pretty sure that happens with every fighter. I don't blame Mayweather for fighting Hatton or Oscar but did he really need to fight Zab Judah off a loss or Sharmba Mitchell? I don't think people would be saying he avoided either of those fights because literally no one wanted to see them.

Are saying Margarito is not a cheater? He was caught in 2009 and I have no doubt this his banned trainer didn't all of a sudden learn that night what exactly traces to used to harden Margarito wraps. I believe he had experience doing this. That's why Margarito seem .comfortable getting his wraps in that manner, because it happen so many times before

Oh my god. Can you imagine if he did not fight Judah? People here would be having a field day, saying that he always avoided fast southpaws and is afraid of southpaws.
