This article says this fight is more likely to happen in 2016. With no Showtime involved, Floyd being free agent. He says the networks disagreements is the biggest impediment. And details how Tyson/Lewis differs from this fight. Its just a different take on this i found interesting.

Arum is one of those guys that can get caught dead in a lie and just roll on without a hint of embarrassment. If this fight doesn't happened I hope the truth will take over for casual fans that it's his fault and he cheated boxing for the millionth time. Pac will find out years later how Arum f**ked him over. Sad.

When you are old and about to die. You want to be remembered for your accomplishments in life. Bob has brought as allot of good memories with all the super fights he has made including ali vs frazier.

others before they pass - away, Some even have statues to commemorate their achievements, to show what they have done in their lifetime and in their chosen profession.

Wether you hate Arum or not arum has contributed allot in boxing. He loves the sport.

Arum has done super fights including Ali Frazier. He has done them all. What better way to exit this lifetime than to give the fans one more super fight.

To me when you work, you become successful in what you do coz you love your job. Arum, wether you like it or hate him loves his job.

He wants this fight for money and his last swan song before he dies. He is a boxing fan like all of us. He wants this dance to happen.

And if their hate is real between floyd and him, More so, that he wants Pac to dish out the pain to Floyd.

If he loves it he's said some funny things that would make me think any time he said he loves it he was just lying because of his chronic lying problems. For instance:

lol He only cares about money and power and everything he's done for boxing is incidental to chasing those things apparently. Which would explain why he'd block this fight just to spite a rival. It's not like he cares if he milks Pacquiao for multiple smaller paydays over one mega payday that might retire him.
