Well everything will collapse or come together in a weeks time.

I think Mayweather was hoping the fight would happen spring of 2016 (when his contract runs out) or at the very least september 2015, either way the pressure is so great any other opponent will get a massive backlash, coupled with Canelo fighting on those dates it's a disaster. Normally that would force the fight, but i'm not sure, nothing to do with him being scared, it's just his massive ego, he hates being dictated too.

The fight is indeed done. But only Floyd and Espinoza know that. At some point, it became clear to Floyd this time is different. He cannot get away with evading Pacquiao and still have any semblance of public support.

Floyd is being dogged everywhere he goes, 10X more than ever. People are chanting Pacs name at basketball games at him. Last time he had half the American public who cared, on his side. This time, basically none. There are no supporters this time. None.

But, since Pacquiao has already made it known that he signed the contract and is waiting on Floyd. I think only a madman would claim Pacquiao made this all up. We all know Floyd. If he is taking this fight, and he is, the only thing his ego will allow him to say is, " There is no contract, we still working on the fight."

i think we do need this. whether arum espinoza or any of them are telling the truth, the fans are speaking up. if everything is a lie, one thing is true. fans have spoken and we say stop the bull****, we want to see this fight. if that means that we have to call floyd a duck, then so be it. if mayweather had gotten on the pr bandwagon first and made pacquiao look like a duck, i would honestly be saying pacuiao sign the contract too.

It took two weeks of pacquiao, arum, and kontz of constant pressure through the media saying the terms have been agreed to and for Floyd to sign off on the deal for anyone involved in negotiations from mayweathers side to finally come out and say bob arum isn't being truthful. Its obvious he is trying to do damage control at this point. Otherwise he would have came out right away and said arum is lying. He is getting tired of being made look bad in the media so he had to do this. Espinoza is lying

Pacquiao said everything Arum said. Everything. But Floyd cannot attack Pacquiaos credibility, so he says Arums is lying about everything, there is no contract.

Well Floyd what in gods name are you talking about? Why are you attacking what Arum said, when Pacquiao said those EXACT same things first? Why are not claiming Paccquiao was lying? Doesn't make a lick of sense.

This is all for the benefit of Floyds ego. And yup, the pressure finally got to him. Pacquiao really put the screws to him by exposing the fact he had signed the contract and is waiting on Floyd.

Yours and other posts like this just reek of confirmation bias on the matter. If Arum and Koncz spent as much time negotiating as they do spouting BS to the media maybe this fight would've been signed already.

When all points have been negotiated already for two weeks and everyone is adament about it, with nobody from mayweathers aide refuting it for two weeks it seems pretty likely arum is telling the truth and theres nothing left to do but pressure Floyd into agreeing to fight.
