the only real negotiation was the first negotiation..pac refuse to take the bloodtest at first..blame pacquiao..floyd already gave him a chance but he blow it

pac agreed to 3 blood tests and unlimited urine. floydweather screamed, "that's not enough!" he fought mosley and tested positive via urine samples. just like pederson and berto whose piss samples were taken almost three months before their respective fights. three clowns who demanded testing but turned out to be roiders. keep fooling yourselves with this testing crap. your hero is the biggest roider in the sport.
