I can't believe the fight won't be made again

It has been over 2 months since Pacquiao beat Algieri and he has been calling out Mayweather left and right. Nearly 2 months of negotiations but barely a peep from the ducker Floyd. Pac and TR agreed to EVERYTHING, but Floyd is dragging his feet and is waiting until the deadline passes so that he can cherrypick another low risk fight. The fight should've already been made and needs to be made RIGHT NOW for May. I honestly can't believe Floyd will wait and wait forcing Pacquiao to move on and this fight will never get made.
