Two person to be blame in this are Bob and Floyd. Not that Pac is absolved of any blame, but his child-like attitude can be forgiven as naivety. Floyd and Arum are two greedy bastards who believe they can take money to their grave.

If i were to bet my life, this hold up is still over money. They can use networks as excuses all they want, but the clue is in Mayweather hinting at Pac's low PPV sales when asked about the ongoing negotiation. Another thing is that Arum seems to be agreeing to old offers made in previous negotiations. That's 60/40 split seems to be what Arum is willing to settle on or pushing for 55/45, but i doubt with greed and an ego big as Floyd's, Floyd will want it the split that close. I see Floyd wanting 65/35 or pushing for 70/30. I remember Pac team once was very interested in Pac's pull at the table and mirrored that split in favor of Pac, when they thought Pac was on top. Yes, people were concerned that Manny would be making it tough to negotiate yet Manny/Arum were OK with 50/50 and it was Floyd who put out the roadblocks and accusations in 2009. Nothing has changed!

I had to take care of business and just came to see this. I will give you the most important way; and that is: He needs to stop running his mouth about Floyd signing a contract when Manny never signed one.

Floyd is waiting on the networks (showtime, HBO) to agree before anything can proceed any further.

I have yet to hear word from Team Mayweather that they have agreed on a 60/40 purse split or any of the terms or conditions that has been laid out by Bob Arum on this fight. At least to me, this sounds like a ploy and spin control coming out of Top Rank's camp in a attempt to pressure Floyd in agreeing to their terms, by negotiating through the press and to discredit him in the process while turning the public opinion against him.

This, I'm pretty sure it went something like:
Mayweather sends offer for split (something like 70/30)
Arum sends counter offer of 60/40
Arum begins to pressure Floyd by telling the media that they've agreed to terms and now "only Floyd is holding up the fight".
