At this point the fans are the real losers in all of this. So long as Arum is doggedly persistent in digging in his heels in a futile attempt at dictating the terms and conditions to Mayweather the price maker who holds all the cards at this point, then unfortunately this fight may never happen. There's no way Floyd's team would agree to a 60/40 purse split with Pacquiao.

If I was Manny I will call Floyd's bluff by telling Bob to accept any offer Team Mayweather was offering just to gauge his commitment in wanting this fight.
they already agreed to everything Floyd wanted...unless you believe Floyd over manny plain and simple

Still can't come up with even one factual reason as to how Bob Arum Is the one that Is sabotaging this fight.

The fact that Arum/Pacquiao are the only ones going to the media during the negotiations is a little disheartening. I'm not saying that they're the reason it's not happening. However, if they know that the fans, for the most part, already think Mayweather doesn't want to fight, then the only thing they're doing right now is pissing Mayweather off. It will look like they pressured Floyd into fighting and, as we all know, Floyd is not about to let himself look like he was forced into making this or any other fight. Arum needs to cool down and Pacquiao needs to stay off Sportscenter. If the fight doesn't happen, then they can go with the full media campaign to let the fans know how and why the fight didn't get made. It's almost like they don't know who they're dealing with or what his responses will be to some of the stuff they're doing.

Arum, knowing that Mayweather doesn't like him, should be moving this thing along from the sidelines. If he really wants to see this thing happen, then he needs to play to Mayweather's ego and take a backseat as far as trying to be the guy that made the fight happen. Again, I'm not saying this is Arum/Pacquiao's fault. But if they don't know how to deal with Mayweather by know, then they'll never learn.

Mayweather is the one guy in the sport that they can't dictate terms to and it's showing. I fear that this fight will get made when Arum is dead, they're both past their prime, and we don't give ****.

Mayweather is just going to stall his way out of the fight it seems...he'll just never get back to everyone about the agreement and then the agreement will be off the table and he'll BS everyone saying that everything wasn't agreed to...I guarantee that Floyd is negotiating with Cotto right now..realizing he's going to make 2/3rds less fighting Cotto...

Why would Arum do this when his fighter has openly said that he wants Mayweather? Why would they sabotage a huge pay day?

I've always assumed that the agreement Arum is referring to is all the terms provisionally. Before you draft contracts and formalise the things, you've gotta agree to the terms proposed by Mayweather's team.....is that really so far-fetched to believe?

Would Arum really be going around saying Moonves and Haymon are on board, in agreement and know what is going on if this wasn't true? This isn't a lie like the stadium one that can't be checked. I'm struggling to understand Bob coming out with a lie about having agreed to all of Mayweather's terms, knowing it can easily be shot down (and no, I don't mean by stretcher extraordinaire, Alex Ariza) by a Moonves and Haymon (well, Watson).

Not so long ago fans were complaining that Pacquiao wasn't doing enough to make the fight happen, such as calling Mayweather out publicly. Now he needs to stay off sportscenter and not mention Mayweathers name?

Which one gets the fight made?
