Oscar is sounding as ridiculous as Bob Arum. Is there no promote with integrity?

Only Canelo haters think it's a walk in the park.
yeah its ridiculous. i give canelo a hard time sometimes but taking this fight takes balls. guys that have sparred ggg and kirkland say the punching power is almost the same. every kirkland fight ends in KO since he has stepped up his level of competition. sure the haters say he got bailed out against molina but i for one thought he was on his way to getting molina out of there anyway. kirkland was not happy with the dq either. when kirkland got stopped against ishida it was a premature stoppage. kirkland was up on his feet and wanted to continue. lets face it everyone knows he would have KO'd Ishida later if they hadn't stopped the fight. canelo is fighting a guy he absolutely has to get out of there in the first couple rounds or else he is in for one brutal war. that is stylistically as good a fight as you can make. i get the gripe about it coming after a long layoff for james but that doesn't change the fact that canelo is fighting a straight up bad ass. kirkland will start slow due to the layoff but if canelo doesn't capitalize and kirkland is able to warm up in that ring then that long layoff becomes irrelevant. canelo looked pretty good early against angulo but lets not forget he did not score an early KO. Kirkland has more heart, you might hurt him early but good look stopping him. And boy oh boy if you don't...

rankings don't matter because they are bogus anyways. everything is settled in a, ring not on somebodies ranking system

This Anne Wolfe **** is ridiculous. Kirkland surviving early and winning brawls against guys who do nothing but stand with him and wing shots does not mean he is some beast who gives anyone a hard fight past 3 rounds. Alvarez will beat the hell out of Kirkland.

Kirklands chin is better than some people think, he walked right through the punches of Angulo and Tapia. Against Ishida he was not in beast-mode because he had no Ann Wolfe camp.

Of course but that's if he wasn't so inactive.

LOL @ Floyd/Cotto fans already talking shit then they turn around and give credit to their fighters for fighting inactive guys also. Much bigger hypocrites than Pac's fanbase.

Awesome fight, I will watch this if the Floyd Pac fight doesn't get made. Kirkland Canelo is all fireworks.

Easy cherry pick for Conelo. A laid off china chin Kirkland with a 5 round gas tank tsk tsk keep on padding that ATG resume. Hatton, Lopez, Cotto jr, Angulo, to me there is no legit defining win with him. I thought Trout beat em by 2 rounds even with the open scoring heist. I'll go with the convenient NSB excuse on this one- "It'll be a great fight while it lasts".
