Is Mayweather-Cotto 2 a competitive fight?

Mayweather is an aging fighter, he's declined badly, Cotto has resurrected his career even in losing to Trout and Mayweather he still managed to look good enough where he is not getting dropped and cut up like he was at 140(Corley, Torres)-147(Pacquiao, Margarito) and visibly stunned by Judah. The extra weight and being able to train more on his skills rather than cutting weight has helped him a lot I think, or I could just be fooled and he is still the same fighter who lost to Pacquiao and was getting dropped by Corley/Torres. All I know is that Mayweather is not the same fighter of 140-147 in 2005-2012, that's for sure. Cotto's main chance is tha Mayweather is not the same fighter anymore. Same prediction I gave for Martinez. I said Martinez would win but Cotto has a shot because of Martinez's age and surgeries. Same thing here with Floyd.Comment

I think its a tougher fight for Floyd for 2 reasons , it will be fought a little higher weight which will suit Cotto and I think Cotto is on a bit of a high and Floyd has slipped since they last met .
I believe Cotto is a tougher fight for Floyd than what Manny is .Comment

I think it will be and more competitive than the first fight.
Floyds slowed down, Cotto isn't going to spend 7 rounds trying to outbox him this time, hes in better shape and has a trainer better suited to him, his style and the style needed.
I think its a very competitive fight and more so than Manny.Comment
