If you get the money you were asking, why would this letter be an issue? What would you expect in the lead up to the fight? Serenading?

Looks to me like Cotto has doubts! Might be okay to be battered by a Pacquiao or Floyd...but by an upstart like Canelo? Probably too much for that Puerto Rican ego!

How does he make more fighting Floyd ? Once they pay the $32mil they'll be nothing left.

Cotto is my boy and all, but in negotiations he's kind of a diva. That's gay.

Cut from Henry Armstrong's cloth that Mayweather.
          LOL good one.

Cotto found a convenient way to duck Canelo and Floyd now has an excuse to duck Pac........SMH.

I don't think Cotto makes more money with a Floyd rematch than with Canelo. He had a chance to make 60% of the PPV revenue with a fight that could have done 1 million PPV buys plus a guarantee that would have been on par with what Floyd will offer.
I don't think a rematch with Floyd does anywhere near the numbers the first fight did (remember Canelo/Mosley on the undercard was huge as well, even featured on 24/7) and Floyd won't offer anything but a token percentage on the upside.
I think Cotto knew with either fight he was going to take a loss so he chose to see if he can get a Floyd fight knowing Jr. may beat him but he won't take a beating. Roach knows that Canelo is not a Delvin Rodriguez or 40 year coming off two knee surgeries and a year layoff. Canelo would have given Cotto a beating like Pac and Margacheato before him and taken that middleweight strap.

Canelo has the anger of a dude who had his head palmed by a priest in his youth. Little Ginger was a popular alter boy.

What Cotto offer? Cotto doesn't want to fight on a Mexican date, he's Puerto Rican. He doesn't want fight where there are more Mexican fans than Puerto Rican fans. So why, would Cotto's offer be Vegas and May? Cotto wanted it in NY and in June but said Canelo better pay more if it's the other way around.

Once again, Canelo is the one who got up and left.

Canelo made the mistake of thinking Cotto gave a few fcks about Cinco De Mayo. A-side don't play that.
