They are doing random testing now, and we still got the fight... So why all the back and forth? Kovalev was called out and he came out fighting and put an end to it. This is what boxing fans want or should want, so no need for any back to forth over this.

Considering he tried the same thing with Hopkins maybe Pascal's logic is if it's in the contract then his opponent will know he's being tested and therefore not random.

Maybe what Pascal really wants is surprise testing
