Pascal has used neither USADA or VADA before. He did do some sort of random drug testing before, but through some other agency in Canada.

They are doing random testing now, and we still got the fight... So why all the back and forth? Kovalev was called out and he came out fighting and put an end to it. This is what boxing fans want or should want, so no need for any back to forth over this.

It would be entirely different if neither fighter was officially scheduled to fight. Talking can go on forever in that case because nothing is official. But when a fight is officially scheduled, and both parties agree to officially have testing, there is absolutely nothing more to talk about. Nothing more for Pascal to say, he got what he wanted. Case closed.
