GGG probably realized that Floyd or Cotto is not possible and now is aiming Hopkins. He really put a lot of muscles recently. He hardly ever leaves a gym with his busy schedule.
And what happened to Murray? He really goes through hell in his preparation. Big surprise!

Golovkin has *never* fought in a world title fight as a professional.

Literally any name at 154 is better than a win over a top 10 MW. More money too, yet he keeps his tiny ass self at 160.
Stacked? Lara couldn't even beat Molina. 154 is full of flawed, generic fighters.

He ducked Ward, he's not thinking about Hopkins.

                Agreed.

                Solid MW.

Canelo was fighting at Jr MW and came up from WW.

Golovkin hasn't been lower than MW in like a decade. Maybe longer.

Alvarez hasn't fought under 150lbs since he was 19. When Golovkin was 19, he was in the amateurs fighting at WW - (Macklin talked about that).

Terrible comparison to cotto. They are almost the same age and cotto has already moved up to 154 from 140 while ggg is still at 160 his whole career. Why hasn't he even bothered to move up at all? Not even once?
