When he said "Mexican Style" I didn't think he meant the Julio Cesar Chavez jr kind lol.

He's still not a big middleweight, just a normal size one. Frikken Quillen was like 185 on fight night one time..that's a big middleweight.

He's usually around 165 30 days out. He ate too many burritos up in Big Bear.

That pretty much is his fight weight, he usually rehydrates to 174 like most other MW's and quit a few JMW's.

And I think he gain some muscle mass too. Maybe getting ready for 168.

I meant the 160lbs he has to make to fight at MW. He has to cut 10 or so pounds to get to 160.

                Small Middleweight
And Sergio Martinez was about 190 30-days before the Paul Williams rematch, no one considered him a big middleweight they considered him a smaller middleweight.

How does 176 turn to 190?

                    Which was also false.

Martinez came to the ring at 170 lbs like Golovkin does.

How can you be small for a weight when you are coming to the ring 10 lbs heavier?

I never understood the notion that GGG was a "small" MW. He always looked bigger than most of his opponents. Not saying he's a big MW like Chavez Jr was but I think he's a true 160 pounder. That being said, I don't think he has to move up to 168 like some ppl are suggesting but I don't think he would be greatly outsized in that division either
