I understand your point, but essentially, haven't both parties technically agreed to the "terms and conditions" since it was Floyd's "terms and condition's?"Why do I always see this argument? It's so ****ing ******. What's is there to sign if both parties hasn't made an agreement yet, or only one side has signified his agreement to the proposal and the other side is taking his sweet diva time to make a decision? There's even no reason to write up a contract and yet this moron is already blabbering about signing one.Comment

thats the problem..all this media bait is terrible for the fight..until HBO surrenders A side to showtime the fight will be made..but they are to busy telling many to put pressure...the pressure will ruin the fight..but manny will win the media war, but in all actually he is a crybaby who wouldnt accept his B side position while floyd just sits at the top still selling more...its pisses me off b/c i know manny can beat him in the ring..no need to try and win outside of it..so mannny i blame HBO so far..they need to be yes men or you will never get this fightComment

mmmmmmm...Straight from PAC's mouth. Terms were given by Floyd's team which included arena/location, date, drug testing, gloves, ring size, money split...everything. It's pretty clear. Why are you and all who share the same opinion, try and make conspiracy theories out of everything? Why do I always see this argument? It's so ****ing ******. To be blunt, Pacquiao has no reason to lie. And he's honest. Pac clearly said Floyd's team set the terms and he agreed to everything.
It's freakin simple,...Pac's character vs. Floyd's silence and deflecting with BUT BUT BUT's and more obstacles.

It's simple, they haven't got back any word from Floyd that he will fight after pac agreed to his terms. Maybe floyd is cooking up more terms in addition to what was presented that's why this negotiation is taking so long.Comment

EXACTLY Manny is trying to win in the eyes of the media. How is Manny going to say "Floyd sign the contract" coming off of selling 300K in PPV? But in all honesty I think this will make Mayweather furious and make the fight. This time I think it will happen and Pacquiao is going to get his ass whupped, get off the mat and go cash his check to break off Arum.thats the problem..all this media bait is terrible for the fight..until HBO surrenders A side to showtime the fight will be made..but they are to busy telling many to put pressure...the pressure will ruin the fight..but manny will win the media war, but in all actually he is a crybaby who wouldnt accept his B side position while floyd just sits at the top still selling more...its pisses me off b/c i know manny can beat him in the ring..no need to try and win outside of it..so mannny i blame HBO so far..they need to be yes men or you will never get this fightComment

he has no reason to lie? he has millions of dollars of reasons to lie...if he lies that puts pressure on floyd to make the fight with terms he does not like. that also makes floyd have to go out in the media and talk and he doesnt like that, but floyd has stated that this is a lie..floyd on showtime told him no more thatn 40 million manny said 60/40..no network has said that terms are agreed to only manny's team..the fight is about to blow up all in our face again and the real truth will come out 2 years later..mmmmmmm...Straight from PAC's mouth.
