Im confused on one thing. Manny said it three times in the article that they "agreed to terms and conditions" yet he never said he signed a contract, but he is waiting on Floyd to sign. So did Manny sign a contract or should we just assume he did since he said he agreed to terms and conditions?

I really think that Manny REALLY wants this fight (why - eg falling ppv numbers etc - doesnt matter) so IF Floyd really wants this fight the main barriers are the TV network arrangements.

I believe the fight happens but Floyd isn't looking good by staying quiet. He's using the Al Haymon approach to PR.. which is say nothing and its not a good look.
