This is what I wanted to hear, Fury on record saying he's targeting Wlad, after Wilder's comments I figured Wlad's two most credible opponents would face each other. Now it looks as though Wlad will face both, hopefully this year too.

That's ridiculous. Makes more sense to say that Wilder is ducking Fury. Wilder is the WBC champ and Fury isn't mandatory with the WBC. If the fight is going to happen, the offer has to come from Wilder.

He said he wants to fight Fury next, so why doesn't he make him an offer?

All Fury is doing is letting Haymon know that he's available, but has other options. So if the offer does come, it had better be a good one, or no deal.

You can receive a "career high payday" and it still be not satisfactory.

If I offered 1 dollar over your highest purse to face Wladimir Klitschko, it would technically be a "career high payday" but it would be peanuts for the magnitude of the fight and the overall money available of which Wladimir takes more than the lion's share.

Dereck Chisora received far more to fight David Haye and Tyson Fury than he did when challenging Vitali Klitschko for the world title.

I don't remember you saying anything when Wladimir demanded more than the usual mandatory % split for the Pulev fight.

Chisora was a relative unknown when he fought Vitali. His career highlight was losing a close fight with Robert Helenius.

Obviously he'd earn more in an all-British PPV match-up, especially after the incident with Haye in Germany.

The fact that the biggest mouth in boxing is saying "if the money is right" says all you need to know. Fury isn't going to go get knocked out unless it's for good money, and if he has the balls to go through with the Wlad fight then it'll be for good money.

Jennings is a good fighter, P4P maybe better than Fury. But P4P doesn't apply with heavyweights. Fury's sheer size makes him more dangerous than Jennings, especially to Wlad, imo.

Because he'd have a better shot at winning, but even that's still too risky for him apparently. Wilder is looking more like the beast and Fury the lamb.

No doubt that Fury being 30/40 heavier would hit the canvas harder than Jennings if he did go down! But he would have a better chance than Bryant of making Wlad hit the deck.

Both are capable of going the distance with Wlad, I believe, with Fury more likely to end up winning. But yeah, Wlad would be favourite to beat both.
