That's the point where I'm lost.

If everything's agreed then what's the hold up?

The problem is allegedly. We don't know that.

Of course, the fight was made without him and Mayweather pocketed $25m. When it was announced that Mayweather was exercising his out clause to make the fight, Arum said that he didn't have an interest in making that fight anyway because it wouldn't have made him (meaning himself) any money. Makes sense why he offered Mayweather only $10m. Now we have a rumor that he got a $120m deal from the Venetian and owes them four more fights. I wonder just how much Manny is getting from that. History repeating itself.
Floyd ended up taking a 10m guarantee anyway despite demanding 20 from Arum. The fight just did way better than expected

I keep seeing Boxingscene posted articles about Manny agreeing to a 60-40 split. So all of a sudden Floyd is ok with 60-40?

Perhaps he agreed to something that wasn't even offered.
this is how i think it goes down

what pac agreed to are the terms arum drew up for him to give to mayweather
which offered floyd a 60-40 split in his favor, usada testing etc

arum took the terms to floyd and floyd is trying to change it all up, my guess and alot of peoples is floyd is not happy about the split

so pacquiao has fully agreed to the terms/contract arum has presented him which they think will get floyd in the ring

Let's not act like I implied this. He's prevented fights the same way as Haymon has, but I believe less so. Difference is fl0mos are convinced fights get made under Haymon when they most clearly do NOT. It's a false argument that fl0mos and Floyd rely on when they have nothing else to say.

                Multiple choice question:

                Option a ) pacquaio

                B) mayweather
I think they both want the fight. I'm not 12, so I don't get into who wants it "more." Can't gauge that by talk. Maybe someone pretends more. I believe they both want it. I actually like Manny a lot. Even watching his Fox interview on Monday was just good to see. A true ATG. But...he's not the one negotiating. Unfortunately, I'm not convinced that the person negotiating on his behalf wants it as much as he does.

I doubt Floyd is even involved guys

                  He just listens to haymon

And haymon will ask him about boxing stuff like ring size and gloves

And the Hatton fight too. In the end, what he did paid off. And he didn't have to give a cut to his promoter.

I agree. And I'm sure he comes back and reports to Floyd, not unlike Arum with Manny. The difference is that one appears to have more say. Manny actually said he didn't decide who he was fighting. He was told. That is really sad.
