Could you idiots read the rest of the ****ing interview? He clearly explained that even though Manny Pacquiao wants the fights, his opinion doesn't matter because Arum and Koncz are in full control over him, if they don't wanna let the fight happpen it won't happen even if he cried to them, that's what he means! And it's actually true!

And many credible posters on here have Manny higher than Mayweather.
Can we at least keep it real and admit that MANY MORE people believe that Mayweather is better historically.
And I think every one should just settle down and wait till the details of the negotiations come out. We don't know what is holding up the agreement, but at least wait till then to bash one or the other.

What is it really that Pacquaio has agreed to? If he agreed to demands that were proposed by Mayweather and Haymon, then for sure, let's crucify both of them.
But this isn't logical. Pacquaio's side has been doing most of the talking, even about demands of the contract, but when asked who they were negotiating with suddenly they honor a gag order???
This is really fishy. We need more details.

Every poster is biased, you are I am, we're all subjects to subjectivism. Even though we think we are not.

I have reserved judgement on the faults regarding getting this fight done....even at times being sympathetic to Floyd. I still feel we don't know everything about the hold ups but...I do think Floyd's post tells us a lot.
Floyd could have stated unequivocally that the fight had to pass muster past Pac....He didn't. He instead chose to ridicule Pac and in the process really makes himself look foolish. Floyd is as much under control as Pac is. Haymon and Showtime both pressure Floyd. I do not believe for a second that HBO and Showtime cannot find a way to do this fight. The stakes and money make it so, a few philadelphia lawyers and a bottle of bourbon and this fight gets made as far as they are concerned. They could easily create a corporate entity just for this fight if need be.
Arum is a snake and I don't believe a word he says however I think he has capitulated. There really is no other fight for Manny and Arum's crooked hand has also been forced.
The fact is Floyd is being forced into this fight. Which is why this response was nasty. Floyd absolutely cannot stand the fact that he is beholden to the fans, he wants to believe that he can fight who he wants. If fans just would not buy a Cotto fight, if it becomes obvious that only this fight will pass muster Floyd will destroy his career. I think his back is against the wall...Whether he realizes it or not floyd better sign on the dotted line.
