No matter if it's agreed to or not and scheduled, Floyd will ALWAYS pull out.

Floyd Just Fueling His Own Ego; It Takes Two To Make The Fight

Floyd just a play on words. Floyd has advisors on his team. They collectively make decisions, and Floyd can have his final day. But Manny had the same collaborative team. Top Rank can negotiate all they want but if Manny doesn't agree with terms, he can shoot it down as well. So not sure what alloys is trying to spin, but the bottom line is Manny has seen what they demand of him, and he agreed to as much. Now Floyd had to do his part and agree to fight.
