A Promoter acts on a fighter's behalf, yes. But let's not act like Pacquaio really chose Algieri or Rios to fight. I doubt he even knew who the hell they were, especially Algieri. You think Pacquaio is even considering Vargas for a second? Hell no. If he ever fights Vargas, it's because Top Rank chose that for him. Same with the Bradley rematch. I don't think Pacquaio wanted the rematch. After the first fight, in the dressing room, he was laughing and in smiles. Bragging to Roach like 'you see! I told you he was gonna run! I'm a Floyd fan but he can definitely be difficult to root for outside of the ring. Why do I feel like he's the best troll in boxing P4P.
