Did Cotto fk up a big pay day, yes. Does it matter? Not really, not until he's force to fight a mandatory or vacate the belt a la Peter Quilin. He's still a superstar and he could either wait for another major opponent or sit it out and wait for a major fight, that's if Floyd vs Pac is made of course

Cotto was basically waiting for TBE's decision. That guy, who calls himself MONEY, will always take time when it comes to the Pacman fight. Somehow you have to forced him into a huge money fight as if he'll be doing it for free. That's why I can't wait to see this boring guy disappear from this sport.

Anyway, Cotto/Alvarez can always happen anytime before the year ends. But next time I don't think Canelo's team will tolerate another display of diva-ish behavior from the Cotto camp.

There's a rumor going around that Ellerbe and Cotto are now dating btw. I don't know if it's a mindgame Cotto is playing to get the Floyd rematch or if there's an authentic love triangle.

Agreed but he's got no one relevant to fight (anyone that Cotto wouldn't mind fighting and able to fight). That's the point we're trying to make.

Cotto and Canelo are losing big money, if Cotto can somehow land Quillin in NY, that could get him a couple dollars.

Cotto/Bradley is not a good fight, it's better than Canelo/Kirkland. Just about anything is better than Canelo/Kirkland. It'll be a "fight" but it's a joke because Kirkland has no chin, hasn't fought in a year and isn't good to begin with. Angulo is a D fighter with a 69.9%. Kirkland is a C-minus fighter with a 70.0% they are both utter punching bags. Cotto could get not only a bigger draw, but even a better fighter and you guys are saying Cotto ****ed up. What if he makes more money than Canelo?

We'll just wait and see what happens, for all we know Manny and Floyd won't fight until next year when Floyd's and Manny's contract is up. For all we know Floyd told Manny to wait until they are both free agents and let CBS, NBC and FOX fight over who shows it. Floyd may still fight Cotto. Cotto again might have been squeezing Canelo for more money because if Pac/May got made anyway, they would have to have moved the Cotto/Canelo fight anyway and he would have lost that leverage. It doesn't matter, only one person got up and left because he got impatient.

I think PRBoxingCotto and Ch@mp have some serious competition.
