SHO better not **** this up
The A-side fights on Showtime and Showtime has delivered the top 4 PPV events over the last two years, so what's your point? And, if push comes to shove, Mayweather-Cotto 2 is a far bigger legacy fight, and far more financially viable to Cotto, than Cotto-Alvarez. [If Cotto makes it another competitive fight with Floyd, Oscar would still be looking to make the fight anyway]

HBO, according to the rumors, isn't willing to gamble on Pacquiao like they 'gambled' on Lennox Lewis (even they don't think Pacquiao has a chance) so they need to just sit down somewhere.

    • Well they met 2 Days in a row allegedly so lets see, I think they will work things out. I'm sure HBO wants to run everything because they're the bigger network.

I'm sure Lampley will do the Play By Play with Al Bernstein doing Commentary, that is all you need really. Maybe Paulie or Roy Jones for a fighter Prospective! Jim Gray and Max Kellerman doing post fight Interviews! Farhood and Lederman both showing their score cards.

It really shouldn't be a problem at all. It is not about the Networks anyway, nobody is tuning in for the Networks it is ALL ABOUT THE FIGHTERS!

Depends on who or when you ask.

If the talk is about Mayweather-Pacquiao, Pacquiao's HBO contract is the reason why it must be a joint venture.

If the talk is about the two PPV flops in Macau (to retort the "Showtime is losing their hat on the deal' talk in regards to Mayweather), HBO has no formal stake in those losses. lol

        • Ew. So HBO doesn't believe Pacquiao can win? That's gotta sting.

Anyway, Showtime should just cave to this. There's a lot of money at stake. Let both Networks air the delay. The big money is going to be made on fight night.

If that's truly the case then why are there even discussions?

              • Amazing how HBO wants to change a agreement they already had before but that's not a roadblock. Or the dumbass mention that HBO gets higher ratings than Showtime when they have a 25% higher viewership. But won't mention Showtime has murder HBO on PPV where they completely even it's quite funny.

Just watch the Cano and Herrera fight which were both the robbery of the year. Do yall remember what the NSAC did when Floyd had to testify? They let him get away with weed and almost got two fighters seriously injured. They recently just let Jon Jones do coke and have low testosterone and no punishment whatsoever.

If this fight ends in a KO than that network gets to show the delay

If this fight goes to the scorecards than both get to air it. Problem solved
                    lol. you're joking right?
