Floyd is the boss of nobody except for maybe lowly Mikey bey lol. Al haymon controls the clown puppet Floyd. The networks needing a little time to hash out the details is no excuse for mayweather to act like a little biatch and walk away. That's called ducking in the eyes of the world but apparently in the duckweather fans eyes that type of little girl behavior is totally acceptable.

I'm actually not too sure about this. I think it's just one PPV, but depending on who actually wins the fight it'll be seen as either an HBO fight or a Showtime fight.

They need to do it just like Lewis v Tyson, Buffer and Lennon in the ring, competing to announce their fighter the best. It was the battle before the fight.

Thanks. That's what I find confusing. I fully understand the bit about delayed coverage. I'm just trying to get my head around who would show the fight live. If it's one pay per view surely that would mean one of the networks wouldn't be able to show the fight live at all. I hope someone could shed some light on this and how the tyson - lewis fight was aired live

            • All parties involved are going to make a butt load of money, and ppv sales in the future will go up for both networks regardless who wins. Alot of people stopped watching the ppvs because they haven't fought. This fight needs to happen for the good of boxing. They shouldn't let greed get in the way of making the fight. That being said this is all a waste of time if ShowTime cant deliver mayweather. How can they deliver someone who is scared to dear to get the the ring with pacquiao and has been avoiding like the plague for the last 5 years? That seems to be a major issue left is that Floyd has yet to sign the contract when Manny and arum and kontz and morreti have all said they've agreed to all the terms and are just waiting for Floyd to sign. #signthecontract #makefistoryorgetfistedfromthefans

It will be on both otherwise it would be simple to just have it on ShowTime. HBO has many more subscribers than ShowTime however, thanks in large part by the high quality fights top rank delievers to HBO. Nobody watches ShowTime boxing thanks to al haymons mismatches. Fun fact: Adonis Stevenson who only a couple years ago was a fan favorite and the most feared light heavyweight, has gone from that to his last fight in which only 250k people tuned in to watch. Thanks al haymon fir ruining another fighters credibility!
