If Pacquiao and Arum truly want the fight. They will accept Floyds demands that the fight be on Showtime. After what Floyd said about HBO when he left them, there is no way the fight is happening on HBO.

A simple way to solve the problem sell the replay rights for the first week to ESPN (or FS1), but maybe 2 weeks after instead of 1. The both can have on-demand rights/replay rights after. That way ESPN would also be all in promoting the fight as they have that skin in the game.

There is no other good way to work this out because one has to get over on the other which is never an easy pill to swallow.

Don't be a fan boy brush. Floyd's feelings don't trump business decisions. You think hbo is going to walk away from all that money because Floyd's feelings might get hurt if they're involved?

Haymon and Floyd instructed Espinoza to not give an inch ultimately killing the fight. Floyd saves face and showtime can blame hbo.

This. but i really hope we're both wrong. But if not Oh well consolation prize is Floyd and is 0 will be the biggest joke in boxing for all the people and future generations to laugh at.

In can see Floyd apologists are trying to discredit this post.

I wouldn't be surprised if HBO are deliberately stalling things in an attempt to secure Cotto vs Canelo for May 2nd.

HBO ain't walking away from **** seeing how they aren't contractually tied to either fighter. Floyd, Arum, and SHO are basically doing them a favor letting them be involved.

^^^^This is exactly what Floyd and team is trying to make it look like what is happening and save face. But they're not fooling the public. Maybe here in boxingscene but not in the real world. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy is one of Floyd's entourage.
