We want boxing under one roof as far as a governing body, not under one promotional company that's absolutely horrible idea. The UFC model simply cannot work well in boxing. You want one promoter creating their own league and belts, are you mad? You think there is division now just wait and what this would cause. Guys like Golovkin and hundreds of other great fighters wouldn't be able to participate unless they get out of their contracts and join this league? Lol **** that
Haymon with wayyyyy more news coming

UFC and MMA cant create stars, boxing is best known for doing so.
LMAO, all the fighters are happy. You are seriously defending a sanctioning body? They are as corrupt as it gets in boxing. Basically hoes pulling tricks in every way to get a buck.I can see how much you know of Haymon's contracts- $het! Dude has contract extensions which tied up fighters just like a promoter with no commitment to how many fights a fighter is going to get a year or minimum purses.
Among other shady verbiage which he can manipulate when it come time to make serious money which he can control everything. But fools will learn how this game is played the hard way.
Haymon will be mock by all sports experts. It's not like boxer are going to come out drop kicking fools. We already got that it's called MMA.
Al made this into a joke and the WBA, WBC and others now see the picture and no other choice but to unify.
Their rosters are wearing thin and will continue to do so.
Rocnation will be irrelevant in a year or two.Comment

It doesn't matter how thin rosters are there's always going to be promoters giving fighters great deals and great money so there will always be numerous promoters. Look at Golovkin I'm sure he's happy with how things are going under K2 and HBO, obviously has received tremendous popularity in a short amount of time from coming to the US. So again with this league, if we go by the UFC model, there wouldn't be a way for Golovkin to participate, and hundreds of others that's just one example.UFC and MMA cant create stars, boxing is best known for doing so.

I don't know what the future has in store for Roc Nation, but I don't know why you would say so confidently that they will be irrelevant in a year. They are a company with deep pockets who are obviously willing to spend a lot of money, plus they have serious boxing minds working in the company. They have huge potential.Comment

so assuming this works, all boxers will eventually head to pbc. promoters are out of business. al haymon has all the control.
it sounds good on paper, but what happens in the future when all boxers are in pbc and theres no other boxing events since theres no promoters. theoretically, he could simply go back to all showcase fights while screwing boxers out of money.
Obviously its too early to tell, but I dont know **** about Al Haymon so forgive me if im not jumping for joy at the thought of him taking over boxing. im definitely staying in tune though.Comment
