Right. Like they have no ability to actually think. They rather just follow the narrative regardless of facts. And honestly, I've been over these two fighting. But I'm thinking it happens based on what we've read. Right now though, they are obviously trying to work on the deal WITH THE NETWORKS. But that means = Floyd's looking for a way out in THEIR eyes. 50 Cent just said he doubts the fight happens also. Specifically, he doubts Floyd will take the fight in favor of easier options. Now I don't want to believe it either and mostly I don't, but there's a possibility here and that until it actually happens...

You're probably right that had the ad's for such PPV been heavier in the US, the PPV sales would have been higher. But, honestly, not by much, partly for the reasons I gave earlier. Besides, the little/limited gain in PPV numbers would not have made up for the heavier US taxes TR and Pac would have had to pay, like you've also stated. So TR was forced to stage some of Pac's fights in China (those that would likely not do well on PPV, I hasten to add.)

Sorry, I'm not competent to delve into the whole CdM/Latino fighter/Floyd controversy. It easily degenerates into a nationalistic thing. Besides, I do not have concrete evidence/statistics to back up the views I may hold.

Regarding undercards, the conventional wisdom is that, the less attractive the main event is perceived to be from a typical boxing fan's perspective, the more juicy the undercards would need to be. Even then, I don't expect it to always be a 1-to-1 relationship.

To be honest, my estimated numbers in Algieri and Rios Fight was around 500-600 thousands PPV buys if it was in US.

And I think, Arum's source of money in China was not on PPV alone. I don't know where he gets it, but he was still paying Pac a 20+million guarantee even the PPV was only around 300-400 thousands PPv.

Yes. The consensus throughout the boxing world is that Floyd is avoiding this fight and that cannot be disputed. Even the ATG's have chimed in and stated that they feel Floyd is the one avoiding this matchup for whatever reasons.

What's so hard about saying..."Me and Pac have come to our agreement and now we're just waiting on the networks to come to an agreement". How would this "hamper the negotiations" as some put it? There's no need to even sign the contract until everything is settled but at least let the fans know that you're on board and ready to fight Pac. His silence brings much doubt as to his desire to fight Pac despite his team saying otherwise. Pac is obviously eager to get into the ring. He was just on channel 5's Good Day NY this morning talking about the fight and how he's just waiting on Floyd.
