For going forward with fighting another opponent because Cotto may not fight him? If he was the biggest diva, he would be telling Cotto to "Take the tests!".

WTF... it's because he wants to fight on the same day May/Pac will. How ****** is he, really? He would rather duck Cotto than fight him in NY or June or both. He's not only the biggest diva he's also the biggest b*tch doing things like this.

Canelo and his team made a mistake going to Cotto and saying:

1. 50-50 purse split
2. Fight on May 2nd in Las Vegas or Texas
3. Corona main sponsor

and a bunch of other bull **** and then have the audacity to say that Canelo agreed to his part without even hearing Cotto's side. Cotto wants no part of May 2nd because he doesnt want to lose viewers going against Floyd, he wants a 60-40 split or at worst 55-45 and Cotto has a deal with Tecate. Canelo and his team doomed this fight from the start by playing unfair in negotiations and doing a media campaing to put pressure on Cotto to sign a bull **** contract.

I just read in El Nuevo Dia the Puerto Rican newspaper that he has instructed Golden Boy to look for a new opponent for him, for the May date. They quote Arum who said he just got a call from Oscar telling him this. Apparently Canelo is tired of waiting on Cotto.

Awwwww, poor baby! He can't get everything he wants! How terrible!

His temper tantrum is really going to be epic when De La Hoya tells him that he is not fighting on May 2, regardless of who his opponent may be!

Gabby has Canelo's team by the balls. I think the fight will happen, most likely in June..Canelo is just throwing a little fit...hes frustrated. hes a young guy that doesn't want to go a year without fighting.

If they were smart they would have gone to Cotto and said "I think this fight should happen in Las vegas because our guy brings a lot of Mexican fans and we cant get a big gate from them alone, what do you think Cotto?" Cotto would have said "Lets do it where we can earn the most money" But no!!!! They had to come to him and demand a May 2nd date on a venue or they choosing like they are the ultimate Coca Cola in the ****ing desert.

Everything's being held up by the May/Pac crap, I can't blame Alvarez for getting impatient. Canelo's too young to be this inactive, he should've taken a quick fight on non-ppv card before the May fight anyways. Too bad Matirosyn is with Haymon, he would have been a good choice.

Yeah I don't blame Canelo at all, good for him if he goes ahead with his own fight, it shows he is his own man. He did that in 2013 too when he took the Trout fight to San Antonio instead of fighting on Cinco de Mayo undercard.

I'm sure Andrade would love an Alvarez showdown, Canelo doesn't need these other guys in the way they think he does.
