        What long term plan?

Haymon doesn't s give a crap about Showtime, he wants to build his own league, and get huge multi year tv deals like UFC got with fox.

He will leave Showtime for good in no time if he got that. Showtime is completely lost here, with no back up plan. Haymon wants to build his boxing premier league as the mega brand of boxing.

He's not going to have his fighters jumping from network to network, despite what he may say now.

Oh come on Stephen, you pay millions for Thurman-Julio Diaz, Guerrero-Yoshihiro Kamegai, Garcia-Rod Salka, and Peterson-Edgar Santana, but you pass on Thurman-Guerrero and Garcia-Peterson?

No one is going to believe that.

So what this clown is saying is 'we were happy to pay for Garcia-Salsa and Thurman-Bundini... but when we had the chance to have Guerrero-Thurman, Garcia-Peterson, etc... we said no thanks, Al"

This marmaluke won't have a job by the Summer.

And how does Haymon convince these companies and networks to not do exclusive deals? How does NBC benefit as a warm up showcase for future Showtime PPV fighters? Wouldn't you want to make sure you have potential star fighters with you long term... so you, and not a rival network/company, reaps the financial benefits of your labor?

It is not Espinoza who is bamboozled, only Showtime. Espinoza is Haymon`s puppet. If he looses his work at Showtime, he would still be working for Haymon.

Great for Showtime huh? So, in the meantime, who is going to be fighting on YOUR network while HBO buries you?

Mark my words. If Pac-May doesn't get made, this lackey is out of a job before Labor Day. "OK Al... OK Al... Sure Al... OK Al... No Lube?... No problem!"
"No... thank YOU Al." "Happy New Year Al!!"
