Do you need to subscribe to Showtime to get ppv on Showtime ? And same with HBO ? What if you just have normal cable ?

You don't need either one to order the PPV.

Yes, HBO has more subscribers but it's pretty much irrelevant when it comes to PPV. The exposure however on HBO is more high profile than it is on Showtime.

I wasn't even blaming Arum, the reason it wasn't a good sign was because Floyd wasn't in agreement with the terms albeit the terms are mostly unknown.
