He also has signed fighters and he has a choice to have his signed fighters face each other or face guys who have other major promoters or guys with small-time promoters who are brought in to make his fighters look good and I would not be in the least bit surprised if it is the latter. He wont want to cannibalize his guys against each other and if he doesnt work with other major promoters, he could get into trouble there with the Ali act, so that leaves his guys facing shopworn guys, gatekeepers, obscure journeymen, mid-west guys with sparkling looking records but have not fought anyone. But like I said, he is not going to want to risk his crop from having their records built up because he is trying to make his guys into stars so that means serious competition where the odds are 50-50 or 60-40 would be a no-no for him. Lets see which route he takes.

Guerrero is not ducking this fight?

Could be an action fight if it happens. Or Thurman could be on his bike once again. We'll never know.

thurman-guerrero is just mediocre. guerrero is essentially a can but he still has a name so i guess that's why.

this card shows just how limited haymon's stable really is and that he won't work with others.
Two top 10 WWs on NBC. That's great for the sport.

                    Two fights, 4 mediocre fighters.
                    Keith Thurman- Untested prospect
Robert Guerrero- Can who got his pants pulled down, exposed, and shut out by Orlando Salido, a super featherweight.
Adrien Broner- Overrated journeyman who has actually lost at least 3 times.
                    John Molina-

I've also heard Porter is rumored to be fighting Roberto Garcia on some other card. lol I know Haymon carrying that butthurt stick up his ass, but can't he find better mexican (they always seem to be mexican, especially in divisions that don't have many...) opponents for them to face or is he scared he'll have another Garcia-Herrera situation all over again?

                    • Both fights should have already happened but better late than never.
