through the first negotiations everything was agreed upon. the purse split was even 50/50. mayweather signed he's contract and was just waiting on manny. why didn't manny sign? he threw out a bunch of excuses. scared of needles even though he has tattoos. he's superstitious because the last fight when they drew blood from him he lost.

get the **** out of here man. pacquiao was roiding up and didn't want to get caught and he knew he couldn't beat floyd without peds. floyd told him if he didn't sign now next time he wouldn't give him 50/50. This fight could have been made in 2009 with both in their primes but pacquiao *****ed out because he didn't want olympic style drug testing.

I don't believe Floyd was wrong for adding that testing crap. After all the incidents with peds and just the simple fact of human nature and also I do believe Floyd was genuinely concerned about fighting someone he truly believe was on peds, why the **** wouldn't you want to make sure an opponent isnt on Peds?

If those USADA ped rumors about Floyd are any indication, then obviously he knows first hand what is required to climb weight classes and win.

with pac, my understanding is that EVERYTHING was already agreed upon. only this drug testing cutoff **** was in debate. If you want to say that by Floyd asking that, he is punking Pac if he says ok, but it shouldn't matter because everything was decided already. If the drug test was in the beginning, and pac says ok, then gets punked for 99 percent of the money, pillow gloves, big ass ring, no using left hands, whatever strange thing Floyd asks for, then that ego argument has a point. But it was the last thing to decide on. All he had to do was say ok, pass the test, whoop his ass, then say how does my **** taste? But he said no on the premise of being weak from taking blood, afraid of needles, and that Floyd targeted him for peds ****. There is no definitive evidence anywhere to indicate he was on peds but no one can say the mother****er is bulletproof when it comes to ped allegations.

my logic is cynical but I believe all of these mother****ers do peds. My only thing is that as a boxer and as an athlete in general, it is their ****in job to make me believe they are not using peds.

Couple of facts to add. Cloyd asked JMM to jump up 2 weight classes.. did he ask for drug testing? People like to quote Arum and Roach about the drug testing and claim Pac said those things. Mannys official quote was that he got blood drawn the day before the Morales fight and it weakened him which contributed to his loss because he had no power. Manny was on video after the Morales fight saying pretty much that! Some people can give blood no problem, some people faint! Cloyd was using it as a ducking tactic plain and simple. A couple years later Cloyd even admitted that he saw that same video of Pac complaining about blood being drawn the day before the fight before the first negotiations started! Oh, EVERYBODY GAINS WEIGHT AS THEY GET OLDER! Mannys fight night weight has remained very consistent the past 10 years. If Manny agreed to the original testing Cloyd would have found another way out! Both guys need this fight, not just Pac. You think Showtime is happy with Cloyd losing them millions? Cloyds back is against the wall with no where to go after Showtime ditches him.
