They did not have it setup. They did not have a system, a program, etc. They knew nothing. They knew so little about random drug testing, they invited USADA's President and some other experts to discuss the importance or reason random drug testing is needed for random drug testing and for Mayweather vs. Pacquaio.

Today though, they understand the importance and have a program setup, not just for professional boxing, but for MMA as well. NSAC first begun random drug testing for MMA.

That's what annoyed me most about Paulie. He kept on talking about drug testing this and drug testing that but his dumbass never went through random drug testing himself.

Actually, Malignaggi did go through random drug testing. He first did with with his fight against Adrien Broner, through USADA. Malignaggi demanded it as a condition for the fight.
