Actually, Malignaggi did go through random drug testing. He first did with with his fight against Adrien Broner, through USADA. Malignaggi demanded it as a condition for the fight.

On that interview where he almost spased out in talking about pac, when he mentioned victor and then right away said "he knows pac aint victor ortiz morons", he pretty much knew exactly what the pac fans were going to say! I really don't understand the shade Malignaggi throws at Manolo Pacquiao. Paulie has good eyes, & is one of my favorite TV personalities, he's Wrong when he opens his mouth about Manolo. Paulie is very fortunate to have made the money he has in this Great sport, despite his losses & lack of elite talent.

Malignaggi is only vocal about what's wrong in boxing when he's concerned, he made a fool of himself acting like he was robbed vs Broner even though i thought a split decision loss was quite generous. And now that he's signed with Haymon, he's acting like he wants an employee of the month award. What a fraud.

But paulie is right about pac moving up 3 divisions within a 9 month span, 4 divisions in 14 months... is it possible he used enhancements to maintain his speed and power?? Sure. Will HGH make your head bigger, and was pacs head clearly bigger within a year?? Yes.. is it possible he used HGH? Of course..

Is floyd probably using xylocain to numb his hands which is why he only fights in las vegas where it is legal?? Yes. Is there rumors that floyd failed 3 possible tests with usada which were swept under the rug?? Yes. Is it possible that these "vampire facials" people talk about are enhancing his ability in the ring for the last 2 fights like pac fans say??? It's not blind hatred. He believes that Pacquiao cheated and that a cheater doesn't deserve a big fight.
