Malik Scott took a dive for his self-described "very good buddy."
Hell, even Jason Gavern was too big a step up for Wilder -- Gavern just quit because he was so out of shape. But Wilder was confused by him.
Stiverne is going to slip one of those telegraphed right hands and pop Wilder right on the chin. Then we'll see how tough that American ****wipe is.
I think Charlie Zelenoff KOs Wilder in the rematch.
now go cry me a river

Stiverne has a very bad habit of laying on the ropes looking to counter. Problem is that he doesn't move his upper body enough. Good example is the horrible stoppage on him on the fight that he "lost". He wasn't fighting back and the ref thought he was hurt. But its not the first time stiverne does that. He did it as well in both the areola fights. IMHO the only way stiverne wins if he goes "mike tyson style", with lots of head movement and staying on the inside.Comment

Stiverne's tendency to lay on the ropes and counter will be his downfall. He might just get KO'd out of the ring if he isn't careful.Comment

While it's true that we've never seen Wilder go past 4 rounds, we've also never seen someone take his punches for more than 4 rounds.
Stiverne's defense is not so good as evidenced by the third round of his last fight against Arreola.
If he wants to win, he better get Wilder out of there early. I doubt his chin would hold up after 6+ rounds of Wilder's punches.Comment
