Errrrr, Teddy Atlas is wrong quite often. He's picked just about everybody to beat Wladimir, who he hates with irrational passion. And he's been wrong every time.
You'd be better off betting against whatever Atlas says -- he knows ****-all about boxing for a guy who's been around it all his life. He really did great with Povetkin, eh? Povetkin is only now recovering from what Atlas did to his confidence.
Stiverne has a very bad habit of laying on the ropes looking to counter. Problem is that he doesn't move his upper body enough. Good example is the horrible stoppage on him on the fight that he "lost". He wasn't fighting back and the ref thought he was hurt. But its not the first time stiverne does that. He did it as well in both the areola fights. IMHO the only way stiverne wins if he goes "mike tyson style", with lots of head movement and staying on the inside.
If Stiverne has done his homework, he will pressure Wilder from the outset. Wilder cannot take a shot.
Wilder will win by KO if will not gassed out against stationary opponent like Stiverne. If Stiverne can take the best punches of Wilder then gives his own then that's a different story.
