Wilder is like Joshua neither have been tested yet some are already hailing them as future champions. They both need a test someone to take them a few rounds someone that lays a bomb on their chins. If they can take it like they dish it out they've got a chance. Stiverne might be the very man to test Wilder we'll see.
Give them a chance to get their feet wet before hailing them as the saviours of HW boxingComment

Do We?
I find it HILARIOUS especially on this forum how people who aren't from the US and probably never been to the US try to talk about how the fans are in the US
Wilder is not enough of a factory for people to hate...JUST YET AT LEAST!
It would be wise not judge People and Countries based on some of the FOOLISHNESS on this forum!
Wilder has to prove himself, if he beats Stiverne then I think the Buzz will pick up for him big time. Fans are different here in the US, it has been plenty of athletes over the years who came to the US and became Superstars and was rooted and cheered for like they was Americans...YOU CAN'T DO THAT IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY! People tend to go by who they like Personally more so than they do by Nationality. Sure it is trolling idiots who make everything Racial...many of them dwell on this forum obviously!
It was plenty of Americans going for Pacquiao in the Pacquiao vs Algiri fight regardless if Algiri is American!Last edited by sicko; 01-12-2015, 01:23 PM.Comment

I am white as they get and I don't like Wilder for the same reason that I don't like that big goofy white dude named Fury.Comment

No, the better question here is WTF are you talking about? Stop stereotyping! I'm African American & I don't care for Wilder for the following reasons: 1) If not for a bogus penalty, Wilder wouldn't have advanced to the semifinals in the 2008 Olympics (In the quarterfinals, his opponent was penalized for a warning, giving Wilder 2 points & the win!). 2) He has fought only tomato cans as a pro, yet is seen as a monster. 3) That BS "fight" with his buddy Malik Scott was the clearest example of a dive I have ever seen. The guy is overrated & undertalented. We should have proof on Saturday night, when Stiverne cleans his clock.Because he is thoroughly unlikable.
The better question is why do black Americans support black fighters no matter how repugnant their behaviour or repulsive their personality? And why do the race obsessed black supremacist posters here have to disparage non black boxing figures to advance their narrative?Last edited by SUBZER0ED; 01-12-2015, 02:11 PM.Comment

It's not hate it's the opponents he fought like 20 Toughman contestants 11 Winos, a Dive taker and a Mentally disturbed manI see a lot of hate for Deontay Wilder. Where is the support? You should be proud to have an American Heavyweught champion. Even if he wins he won't be the real champ but at least you will have someone to root for when/if he fights Klitchko. Stop hating on the man.
Or maybe it is just the white americans who hate on him.Comment
