I know who Scott-Weiland is and I assumed you were using his name as a fan. If you really are him, then you are also a convicted felon and, like Peter Fury, have turned to God to help you reform your ways, or at least, to help you get a lighter sentance. Lol.

I read Peter Fury's account of how he found Jesus in prison and came out a different man than he was when he went in. People can and do reform and change. If you don't know that yourself then take my word on it. I too have a criminal record and have spent time "at Her Majesty's pleasure" as we say over here. Never again!

Peter Fury is a reformed man now and, hopefully, he will succeed in his efforts to convince the US authorities of that and be granted a visa if Tyson has to fight in the States again.

I said criminal uncle in relation to the reason he wasnt allowed into the country,it was a throw away remark.at this point I wish I had just said uncle,I really aren't here to discuss his uncle nor Fury himself for that matter,I came to the thread to see what Bernd had said, yet here I am drawn into crap regarding his uncle !

          Ok,he is reformed.great,lets move on.

If no Jennings, Wladimir should call out Fury. If that happens, i'm willing to bet Team Fury respond with unreasonable demands (i.e. the fight must take place in the UK)

              Point taken.

I hope Peter Fury does resolve his visa issue though. If things work out to plan, Tyson will be getting big fights in the States and he seems to need his uncle in the corner to keep him to the game plan.
If Peter Fury had been there for Steve Cunnungham that would have been a different fight altogether. Probably an easy win for Tyson. I dread to think what would happen if he came out with an attitude like that against Wlad or Wilder.

Wlad won't need to call out Fury. Mick Hennessy and Frank Warren have already contacted Wlad's manager to ask him when Wlad will fight Fury if the Jennings match falls through.
And it won't have to be in the UK. What gave you that idea?

I have my doubts Fury himself wants the fight and would certainly duck Klitschko and a chance at being champ for a ppv crack at Joshua or any other non ppv potential fight versus Jennings,Stiverne or Wilder arose giving either further leverage to bargain against K2 with,a chance at Klitschko again down the line after having taken a first defeat defeated, should he reach mandatory challenger status once again.i mean it is hardly difficult to position yourself these days for another told tilt with all the organisations, federations and councils !

Look at Povetkin,he is potentially one fight away from mandatory status albeit with another sanctioning body.it just proves with the right promoters with the right connections these title shots are not overly difficult to achieve.Warren managed to get Chisora a title eliminator on the back of wins over the likes of Gerber and Pala, should Fury lose to say a Wilder,Jennings or Stiverne giving up his WBO status in the process too,it wouldn't be overly difficult to achieve this again in 18 months, you only have to look at the amount of eliminator Fury has participated within before ultimately ducking out of,the WBC and IBF,would it really be a surprise if he dropped out of the WBO ordered fight too ?

I agree Klitschko should just call out Fury now.get him out of the way or call his bluff to see if it really is his intention to face him or simply hot air.

                      Thanks.

Agreed,I'm not saying Fury needs Peter, but visibly, evidently and has been proven Tyson is a calmer, more focused opponent for anyone with his uncle keeping him focused and in check.

It is paramount to Fury to have his uncle with him,his career has really lifted off since e took the reigns and his father vacated the camp.it is literally proven Peter has more than made an effect (for the better) on his nephew's career.

I would not begrudge him nt wanting to fight without him.I actually hope his father does not complicate matters and try to interfere in the future,I believe it would be detrimental to his career.no excuses if and when Fury loses to Wladimir,I heard enough of those from boxing fans after the Haye fight.
