Nobody is saying anything about running if they watched the first fight they would know Ward didn't run and fought most of the fight in the pocket.

The difference between the LSC-Rigo and Froch-Ward/GGG situations is that Froch is at the end of a HOF career. He's proven himself. LSC certainly has not done so, at least to the extent that Froch has.

Froch has earned the right to cash out and take the fight most attractive to his pockets. Don't be naive, boxing is about money just as much as it is about competition and being a proper champion.

Also, who are these casual fans that are clamoring for a LSC-Rigo fight, and where are they? Neither fighter are recognizable in the US to casual fans (the sort who only turn out for the BIGGEST fights). and since Froch is looking to cash out in the US, that is what matters. Casuals are not paying PPV money for LSC-Rigo. Or Froch-Ward. Or Froch-GGG.

I want to see the top 4 - Rigo, Quigg, Frampton, LSC fight each other in any order to see who the best is. Rigo wants everyone, Quigg vs Frampton/Avalos looks likely for later on in the year. That leaves LSC fighting more blown up flyweights.

I want these fights too. I'm a LSC fan but you wont see me excusing him, If this dude doesn't step up this year and fight one of those guys you'll see me bashing him along with everyone else. I ain't even mad. Props for honesty. He's making it perfectly clear he wants the most money he can make for his last fight. Why bother woth Ward? Stylistically Ward is all kinds of bad for Froch in addition to not being hugely popular. GGG in another year or two would have been nice ppv but Chavez Jr now, for all his shenanigans somehow manages to be hugely popular.

People saying only may and pac are ppv arent looking at it innthe right scale. 4-500k is really goood imo. You dont have to sell 1.8 mil a ppv for it to be considered a success or big fight. Jr vs Froch would be must see tv. You wont come up with that many meaningful fights where the guys are going to war at those weights. Those chins will ensure it's brutal.
