And your judgement of Haymon is based on what? 2014? How about 2013? 2014 being the year of mismatches but forget about 2013 where they were stacking cards. Im willing to bet before the 2nd half of the year starts Haymon. and co. will reassert themselves atop the business in match making. Oh how quickly fans forget who brpught us the most memorable year in Boxing in recent times (2013/haymon).
You still seem to be lacking a basic comprehension of what is going on right now. GBP and haymon have parted ways leaving Oscar free to match the guys who he has under contract with whoever he wants now. Haymon has been blocking Oscar from doing that. Haymon is the worst guy in boxing

interesting, wonder how much scheffeur/haymon had to pay oscar. golden boy is in a pretty ****ed up position right now, they hardly have any fighters and now scheffeur is free to take over mayweather promotions or whatever haymon got planned

Oscar made a ****** move trying to team with Arundel just to spite Floyd. He put all his effort into that canelo cotto fight to knock Floyd off of May only to have cotto say no to May all together and not even try to put on big fights with any other fighters in his stable.

Now haymon has the ww division locked down and is bringing them to regular tv for more exposure and stable pay.

I can tell you this and you heard it here First. Golden boy will merge with top rank and all those fighters haymon took will be money team fighters.

Lemeiux is a promotional free agent, Kirkland is with SMS Promotions (50 Cent).

Not exactly; Showtime is likely to have 10-14 SHO Championship Boxing cards in 2015, with at least the two Mayweather PPVs (maybe 1-2 others).

20 of the 24 NBC shows are basically going to be 'Golden Boy on FS1'-level shows, giving all of those prospects that Haymon has locked up opportunities to fight on TV, in addition to the ShoBox cards that will be on Showtime.

The other four NBC shows will basically be SHO Championship Boxing-level telecasts, opening up 15-20 prime dates for star fighters (Garcia, Wilder, Broner, Maidana, Brook, Chavez Jr, etc)

Showtime is going to be just fine

The question is who's gonna promote the fights of these guys

Lemieux just signed with Golden Boy, according to Dan Rafael's Twitter.

I'm really interested to see who else GBP ends up signing. Sounds like they got a good amount of money and are probably going to continue signing a bunch of prospects and gate keepers

Now he knows which fighters are his and those who aren't have to pay GBP a fee to be on their cards. A fee that he can charge whatever he wants.

Canelo is bigger than Garcia and Broner put together

This is a successful business model. Everyone involved with both Floyd PPV's this year lost money except for GBP (and Al Haymon)
Why would Haymon continue to pay Golden Boy anything when Mayweather Promotions/DiBella/Warriors Boxing/GYM/GoosenTutor/Sampson Boxing/Matchroom Sport all have licenses to put on fights in near every state, Haymon has the direct TV relationship with Stephen Espinoza, and Schaefer is no longer with Golden Boy (seeing as he was the reason why Barclays Center became a Golden Boy venue, in addition to a host of other venues)?

The fighters that owe Golden Boy a final fight will be on another show, but there's no reason why Haymon has to still work with Oscar, especially with Oscar's move of his one star to HBO, where Haymon is persona non grata

lol. when have you ever seen Haymon Boxing promote a single show?

Haymon has 150 fighters, but they all fight on shows put on by Dibella, Goosen, Warriors Boxing, Sampson Boxing, GYM, Mayweather Promotions, Golden Boy and other promotional outfits.

Haymon doesn't control every aspect of an event; he just controls the key aspects. As long as he's got the fighters and the TV relationships, he has no need to actually promote shows.
