If you want to bet that Mayweather will stop Pac by 5, I'd love a piece of that! Color me a fool, bro'! Manny's a lefty, still fast, still strong, can still take a good shot, and is unothodox in his style. And most importantly, HE WANTS FLOYD! Almost all of Manny's opponents are taller than him, yet he has no problem getting to them.
The last time Floyd even really hurt anybody was over 3 years ago, when he pulled that sucker punch on Ortiz. Before that, it was in 2010, when he whipped up on his ex-girl.
If this was 4 years ago I will say its 50 50, I think Pac had a great chance only because of his foot work, today Pacman is very flat footed, if he still had the bounce in his step that he did against Oscar, I would give him a good chance, but today I can't.
He no longer has that bounce, or stamina to off set Floyd and confuse him, I believe Floyd knows this and that is why only now he is willing to take the fight because Pac is more flat footed than before. Floyd cannot time you if you move a lot, he only likes to fire off shots when 100 percent sure they will land meaning you throw a combo he rolls and he counters, or you throw and miss or hesitate and he throws one shot and rolls under or grabs after.
Oscar already said Pacquiao doesnt hit hard, and Floyd hits pretty good. It comes down to chin, and Pac has been knocked out several times, Floyd has never touched the canvas with a legit knock down with his ass on the canvas.

Why would Floyd take an L just to set up a trilogy? Floyd fancies his Zero and what better way to go out by beating a washed up Pacquiao for the biggest money and claim you beat the man everyone wanted you to and retire undefeated with over 500 million in your bank?
so who knows?

I still doubt it'll happen, but I can see a trilogy being milked here. 1st fight Floyd loses, second Manny loses, then the 3rd for winner takes all. Each person involved gets more money than they can live with.
I think Canelo/Cotto hasn't been concluded yet because they're told to wait and see if this fight gets the May 2nd date.
*
10 year predictions after fight:
Floyd drowns in pool of money soon after the trilogy.
Manny gets crowned God, but becomes broke after feeding the whole country fish & bread.
Arum buys a cemetery for his grave and gets buried with his money.
Oscar fishnets 2.0.
