canela alvared does'nt go 2. mosley who sparred with 3G was there and was quoted as saying that GGG almost knocked alvareds head off with head gear. so you can imagine what would happen without.

Thats a lie. Here's the link to an article written by Doug Fishcer(a big GGG advocate) of that sparring session. Genaddy was 28 while Alvarez was 20. It clearly states that Alvarez held his own and not what Mosley said.

To be fair ggg vs cotto or canelo at 157. Ggg vs ward at 164, that sounds fair. I dont see ward jumping to 175, last time i remember he drained dawson.

It would be a shocker if this fight occurred and Canelo was able to KO GGG. The fact is Golovkin will not run or try to outbox, he will pressure and attack. Something most of Canelo ' s previous opponents weren't willing to do. This would be a much closer fight than obviously alot of people are willing to accept. Canelo is younger, and in my opinion has had the tougher competition in his past. Don't be completely surprised if Canelo was able to get the KO.

I would still go for Golovkin but won't hold it against Canelo to pull the upset.
