There's no maybe in Maidana and Algieri they have won titles at the highest level. Don't compare these guys to world champions. That's ****ed up to Maidana and Algieri. They aren't world beaters but they're leagues above who you're comparing them to, who are average fighters at best.
Look Rigo is a good boxer, but this whole thread is a joke, the TS is clearly passively trolling, and is not to be taken serious.
It should come with a disclaimer.Comment

You're spewing garbage. You're telling us that before Rigodeaux fought these fighters you knew them and followed them throughout their obscure careers to be able to note/deem them as "should have been former world champion" fighters?kokietgym has a lot of good wins like mashaba, pazzi, should have won imo against ponce, jack asis, carlos lopez, mokoginta etc.
amagasa has suzuki, yokoyama, ryol li lee, etc. good wins for a young hungry fighter.
they are both world level fighters and kokietgym should have been a former world champion imo. both very good wins for rigo.
2014 was a very good year for rigo overall. meanwhile leo santa cruz fights a bunch of taxi drivers and fast food attendants.
seriously, without boxrec I'm sure you would have no idea who they actually fought. Amagasa and Kokietgym are at the same or lower tier than the opponents Leo has faced throughout his career excluding Roman. I dislike Leo more than the average fan and what he stands for but your praise is blinding you.

Did you not see the warning signs with Donaire, prior to the Rigondeaux fight? He was begging to be beat. He's so ****ing overrated is unbelievable. Donaire is a solid fighter but he was a power guy. It was only a matter if time his lack of skill and counter punching etc was going to be exploited.Comment

Lack of skill and counter punching? He had a HOF career based off his skill and counter punching, FFS. It was his freaking style.Did you not see the warning signs with Donaire, prior to the Rigondeaux fight? He was begging to be beat. He's so ****ing overrated is unbelievable.
