but i know why mayweather will never fight pacquiao. it's about not being able to use peds. he knows the testing will be scrutinized to the max in a fight as high profile as this. usada will be scrutinized. people will see to it. vada will never become involved. i'm guessing the usada chief is being offered astronomical sums just to make it look like they're doing the real thing.
