I see your problem. Everything you said is being taken out of context.

For one, if Arum hears Floyd say and then reiterate the same to the public "Manny is going to get even less than what we offered him in 2012", what do you expect from Arum? With what Floyd said, the date means nothing to him. He said it already, it doesn't mean no fight on May 2nd. He just doesn't care as that date just is profitable for Floyd NOT Manny.

The other points you said require a timeline. Manny's advisor thought nothing was going on previously. Only recently has he said it's moving. As for Dan's comments. That too was "as far as he knew". Negotiations are not static. Things can change from one minute to the next.

What Pac fans seem to be ignoring is Mr. Gacal (Manny's lawyer). Mr. Gacal has been adamant that it's Bob Arum that's the main obstacle. This has already been well documented (Arum killed the second round of negotiations with stadiums, cuts, etc.) by Dan Rafael in the past, so why wouldn't anyone believe he's the obstacle now? Even Freddie stated publicly that Mr. Moonves called Arum "the Devil." Rational people know that Manny is not scared of Floyd, but they also understand that Arum is only interested in what's good for Arum. He's trying to get Cotto a fight with Canelo, but he knows Canelo wants a fight on Cinco de Mayo. Does Arum do what's best for Manny (get the fight for May 2nd), or does he try to push Floyd's buttons once again, and ask the #1P4P fighter to move from the date, to accommodate 2 fighters that he's already beaten?

Rath didnt pac just undergo floyd style drug test with algeri fight = it wasnt full random - the testinf started once the fight was signed and probably up until the date same thing floyd asked - paulie said he believed pac was juicing before the mayweathers
