Does Pac even want to fight Mayweather, Oscar left arum to make the fights he wanted, Floyd left arum to make the fights he wanted, Cotto left arum to make this exact fight, and then went back. Precedent has been set if pac really wanted to make this fight happen all these years he could've probably paid off all of his fines if he just did what others before him did. But he did what? cried, and kept crying and didnt pay his taxes. He beat Rios just as bad as he did cotto or de la Hoya. Hr knocked algieri down six times and he should have been counted out which would have been his very first Ko at welterweight. Rios face looked just like margaritos and cottos after the fight and he destroyed him just as bad. Again in all these years hes fought at welterweight he has never KO'd a single one. The ref could have lwt cotto finish his fight but he spared him the misery, just as de la Hoya could have kept going but decided to quit. That doesn't prove anything, if anything it just proves that he didn't carry his Ko power up to welterweight.
