Certainly possible, Brook knows how to pick his shots. What could be a factor though is a point that Richie Woodhall made a few days ago that when he's allowed to fight at range and moves in and out Khan is virtually impossible to outbox.
Now I wouldn't quite go as far as Richie but unless Brook is able to time him early in the fight he's going to have to press the issue and up his work rate early on which will leave him vulnerable to running out of gas down the stretch. Alternatively he can concede the early rounds in the hope of catching Khan later in the fight. What makes that difficult is that Khan isn't going to stand in front of him and be broken down by an accumulation of punches. Which is precisely what Brook is good at.
It'll hinge on whether Brook can time him or not, how often he's able to that and whether he has enough power to take him out with single shots.
