      I watched it.
      It had some good fights.
I of course would rather watch a good boxing card, but when there is none UFC is not a bad alternative.

I didn't and never watch, but I heard about the trash talk between these two and I'm glad Jon Jones didn't play nice when it was over. Sometimes you want some bad blood in your sport, even after the fight.

Its not really competitive when your opponent towers over you and has a 12 inch reach advantage, the first 3 rds were good the last 2 ******. What do you do when your feeling the heat,,,,,you poke your opponent in the eye..

People are Fanboys of this Boxing vs MMA stuff?

Been a fan of BOTH for a very long time and I enjoy both EQUALLY! Are fans required to PICK ONE?

UFC is a great alternative when it is no Boxing...only negative is the PAY and how UFC getting deals with Fox network and Reebok but UFC Fighters Pay doesn't seem to be going up much, that is BS because without the fighters there is no UFC!

Main event was good for two rds, then they gassed. WTF?

Now why I made this thread, and why I think MMA is trash, and dislike most everyone involved. Two of the fights had bad blood involved. You know, some **** talking and the general goodies. **** you see in almost every boxing fight. But at the end of the fight these guys didnt even look at each other, didnt embrace, didnt show any respect to the opponent after it was over. What in the mother **** is that classless ****? Instead the supposed best in the UFC set a cheap shot up in the final 5 seconds, and preceeded to tell everyone how much he hates his opponent during the post fight interview and making obscene gestures.

I like a good **** fest. Bad blood, some dirty **** too. But when it's all over after a war boxing match the guys always show respect whether they like it or not. Even if its only a nod or touching fists. They always acknowledge the respect. Not even a glance in these two fights with what was relatively routine bad blood non sense.

                **** MMA.

If you didnt read all that I dont blame you.
Jon Jones is known now for being a disrespectful c#nt now so it was no surprise to me. What was surprising was how he took over the fight in rd 4 and 5. The dude is great at how he uses his reach, etc. I think Cormier left it in the gym like a lot of boxers have in the past, like when Jones dropped back to lhw. Before that Roy never had a stamina or reflex problem. And what do you know, they are the same age when starting their decline.

It was disappointing. They talked all that mess about killing one another and then on the actual fight its a hugging match. Boring fight. The whole card was boring even the cowboy match.

There was a sick knockout that earned ko of the night honors by an undefeated ginger on the undercard that is salty. It was a sick spinning back fist that stiffened the dude that got hit. It's worth looking up to see.

Oh they claim they hate it, but they watch it on a regular basis. Typical fanboys, "my sport is better than yours" crap, not exactly similar to the mac vs pc crap
