Man I saw it too! What the hell though!! Think about it, Floyd is signed with CBS/Showtime, and Haymon's new gig is kicking off on the rival network! Definitely some intriguing stuff happening!

It will be. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Any time one man tries to monopolize everything, it fails. 90% of what Haymon will do will NOT be even matchups, just an endless slew of setups till he has to break su****ion by making an even matchup once in a while. Meanwhile he builds his pockets up feeding crap to the public and inflating egos and records.

Why is this good? Another network splitting all the fighters so they can duck each other and feast on bums?

No this is bad. This will split the market more, the very thing that has destroyed boxing. Look at UFC. One platform. All the best face the best. Period. No fuss, no muss.

Haymon is makes the worst fights out of absolutely anyone, even worse than the lame ass Brits and the idiot Hearn.

Fighters will follow the money. If Haymon keeps providing that his stable will continue to grow.

Top Rank is fading, Golden Boy has what 2 maybe 3 legitimate fighters not signed to Haymon?

Might as well accept he has ultimate control of the immediate future of boxing. If he brings it back to netowrk tv, id be a happy fan.

Well it seems like half of boxing is signed with Haymon, so hopefully that would make it easier for some fights to be made. Obviously 2014 fights have made people turn on Haymon but I still feel like he was playing it safe for this project to take off. He cant keep putting together fights like he did, it will destroy boxing and he'll lose money.
