Pac do not deserve 75 million. He should get no more than 45 million. If the backend does well, he should see if he get that extra 30 million. His numbers are only doing a 1/3 of Mayweather's so he should get no higher than a 1/3 of what Mayweather is getting. That's fair, anything more for Manny is leeching.

This article was written by Ronnie Nathanielsz. This guy is Pacquiao's personal Filipino hand maiden butler scribe and is more biased than Dan Rafael. And that says a lot. Anything this guy writes should be taken with a huge boulder of Himalayan crystal rock salt.Comment

I keep seeing people say what's fair or not. The best way to go about this is to open the books. But I have an idea also. How about they both just double their highest take home pay for a fight. From what I am reading, people want manny to basically triple his highest payday (from 26 to 80 million), while Floyd does not even double his highest court pay day (from 70 to 120 million). The best thing to do is double their biggest pay day. Manny goes from 26 to 52 million, FLOYD goes from 70 to 140 million. That's the best way besides opening the books.Comment

first everyone with any sense, knows Mayweather is the A side (due to PPV alone) both sides have these numbers. do you think arum will ever negotiate honestly from that angle? HELL NAH

I guess Manny goes back to making his $20 million and having to hide his PPV numbers again...So Floyd is offering Manny the same BS $40 million as last time and the same $40 million he offered Cotto who sold 350K PPVs with Sergio Martinez...
Floyd is serious though right FIomos?
Let Floyd go make $160 million fighting Amir Khan...see what Showtime tells him when he asks for $160 million to fight Khan...
Guess Floyd goes back to making $31 million and having to hide his PPV numbers again...

I seriously can't understand to this day how manny is guaranteed 26 million for a fight, yet nsac says he gets a check for 6 million to walk in the ring. When the ppv does not do good, which has happened to manny, where is this extra 20 million is coming from. I wish they just open the books. That would be the easiest thing on both sides.Comment

In 2012, when it was rumored that Floyd wanted to give Manny a flat fee of $40 million, even the Floyd fans were INITIALLY thinking like us but saying "until it comes from Floyd himself, we are not buying these rumors"
Once it became official, Floyd fans turned around and said, $40 million was fair.Comment
